- Entering data into data-driven software and checking it to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been entered
- Testing new database systems and software updates
- Respond to requests for information from authorized members
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Back up data as part of a contingency plan
- Resolve discrepancies in information and get more information for incomplete documents.
Qualifications
- Active students of all majors
- GPA not less than 3.00
- Familiar with MS Office and data programs
- Familiar with administrative tasks
- Attention to detail
- Have good writing and communication skills
- Have knowledge of how to write correctly
- Willing to do an internship for a minimum of 6 months
- Opportunity to get pocket money
