Responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring company’s cash flow and budgeting
• Manage and prepare monthly statement report of cash flow, income, tax and other related reports in timely manner
• Manage all financial activities (account receivable, account payable, reimbursement, and other related activities)
• Issue all of financial administration (invoice, receipt, and other related administrations)
• Provide recommendations and financial analysis to be able to provide input from the financial side to the management
• Provide recommendations on the development of systems and processes in terms of work, bookkeeping, and documentation

Requirements

• Min. 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting and tax, preferably in a startup environment
• Have taken the Brevet A & B tax course is preferable
• Administrative expert and high attention to detail
• Good knowledge of local tax regulation
• Proficient in using tax system, such as E-SPT, E-Faktur, E-Filling, E-Billing, E-Form, E-Bupot
• Have a can-do attitude, enthusiasm, loyal, proactive, and fast paced
• Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
