Job Description

• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
• Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
• Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
• Overseeing employee working performance periodically
• Maintaining employee branding through HR social media accounts to reach audience
• Creating creative ideas for employee engagement activities
• Actively engage with employee to maintain employee relations

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Business, Law or related field
• Proven experience in Human Resources at least 1 year
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Able to work in Bekasi (on-site / hybrid)
