- Dealing with all financial activities
- Prepare data for financial report
- Prepare cash flow weekly report
- Making daily flash cost report
- Analyze and control budgeting
- Organize all cost control policies and procedures for all departments
- Supervise the process of in and out of the item, storekeepers, and receiving in counting
- Handling quantity and quality control based on the PO form
- Handling all tax calculation and reporting
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting or related fields
- Min. 3.0/4.0 GPA from reputable university
- Have 2 years working experience in Finance Division
- Excellent with Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Familiar with cloud accounting software Xero or Jurnal.id is a plus
- Have financial data analysis skills is a plus
- Have leadership skills, people management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and continuous learning
- Available to start immediately
